Atlas Blijhamstelen hebben een verdikte onderzijde en zijn extra sterk

Een Atlas Blijhamsteel is te herkennen aan de verdikte onderzijde van de steel en een doorgestoken hilt. De verdikte onderzijde maakt de steel extra sterk en zorgt dat deze vast in de hand ligt. Blijhamstelen worden gemaakt van Essenhout, omdat dit taai, schokabsorberend en sterk is.
