SUSTAINABLE GOALS
ENERGY-EFFICIENT OPERATIONS
We strive to deliver the highest quality with the least possible energy consumption. Thanks to 864 solar panels, we have been operating energy-neutral for years and are largely independent of external energy sources. Our production hall is equipped with energy-efficient machines, and all lighting has been switched to LED. We continuously invest in process optimization to minimize waste of electricity, air, and heat — ensuring an efficient and eco-friendly workplace without compromising on craftsmanship.
CONSCIOUS USE OF MATERIALS
Our tools are made to last — and that starts with selecting the right materials. Nearly all the wood we use is FSC-certified, and by the end of 2025, we aim to work exclusively with certified wood. We also reuse wood residues from processing, for example as a heat source or packaging material. By reducing waste and maximizing every resource, we make conscious choices not only out of responsibility but also out of respect for our craft.
RESPONSIBLE PACKAGING
We also make sustainable choices in packaging. We minimize the use of plastic and, where possible, use recyclable and reusable materials. Smart packaging solutions help reduce empty space in boxes, enabling more efficient transport and lower CO₂ emissions. Our shipping materials are sourced locally, and we continually look for ways to make them even more sustainable — ensuring every package leaves our warehouse both sturdy and environmentally responsible.

That is why we have chosen the SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit), an internationally recognized audit that focuses on labor standards, health and safety, environmental performance, and ethical business practices.
STICHING GERED GEREEDSCHAP
Our commitment to sustainability also extends to social impact. Sometimes we have tools that are not suitable for sale but are still perfectly usable. These are donated to the Tools to Work Foundation, which refurbishes and ships them to vocational training projects in developing countries.
FSC® LICENTIE
Almost all the wood we work with comes from sustainable sources, with FSC® certification playing a key role. The Forest Stewardship Council® works to restore and protect forests worldwide. Our certificate number is CU-COC-808410.
