Spear & Jackson spade type 1041AR with polished blade, complete with a very strong Fiberglass T-handle. The total length of the spade is 115 cm. Suitable for heavy-duty use. The recognizable yellow handle has a number of specific features such as; The grip is covered with natural rubber, the handle has a thick 21 mm fiberglass reinforcement and is surrounded by special plastic. This plastic protects the fiberglass against damage (damaged fiberglass has hundreds of upright tiny fibers and can cause wounds with inflammation). This handle is not completely rigid, but has a certain desirable resilient flexibility. Because this handle is so strong (stronger than the blade), no warranty is given on breakage of the mounted spade blade.
