Flat spade or paver's spade ATLAS DIAMANT with socket setting 1/2 bent upward and blade size 000, complete with an extra double-bent gooseneck shovel handle, 110 cm long, provided with a through-mount T-grip. The polished blade is hardened, has a sharp cutting edge and a flat underside.

Due to the combination of this blade with the extra double-bent ATLAS handle, the handle ends up at a comfortable height while the blade remains flat on the ground or the sand bed. This spade is therefore ideal for pavers, civil engineering and infrastructure companies, paving contractors and for landscaping.

The ATLAS gooseneck shovel handle is made from ash butt logs, which contain the best wood. Ash wood is tough, shock-absorbing and strong. The ash wood has been computer-controlled re-dried in a climate chamber. As a result the handle does not shrink, tools remain firmly attached to the handle and the through-mount T-grip can be pressed onto the handle without glue or staples. In addition the ATLAS handle is waxed with plant-based Carnauba, which ensures a longer service life and a pleasant smooth handle, preventing blisters.

Explanation of socket angle
The socket angle indicates the angle relative to the blade. The higher the socket angle, the more inclined the socket is. This determines whether a shovel or spade is designed for thrusting or for scooping. The socket angle is measured from the ground to the socket, when the blade lies flat on the ground.

3/4: the socket is bent up 70 cm, for example with scoop shovels and deep shovels

Explanation of blade width
