Bahco pruning saw with hardpoint teeth and tubular handle

Bahco pruning saw 386-6T with bent saw blade measuring 36 cm in length, equipped with an upper and lower sickle and a steel tubular handle.

The Bahco 386-6T pruning saw has a strongly bent 36 cm blade with 6 tines per inch. The extra hardened hardpoint teeth make it wear-resistant. The extended hook point or upper sickle prevents the blade from leaving the cut while sawing.

Between the saw blade and the steel tubular handle is a strike knife or lower sickle. This can be used to cut into the bark on the underside of the branch before the branch is sawed through. This reduces the risk of splitting and torn-off bark.

The steel tubular handle also serves as an adapter for mounting on an Ø 25 mm extension handle. The saw fits, among others, Bahco handles AP-3M and AP-5M.
