The Silky Forester 4500-7.5 is a three-piece polesaw with an extendable length of 220 to 450 cm. The oval aluminium pole is comfortably rigid and provides precise control over the direction of the saw blade. Push buttons and locking levers secure the set length. The lower pole section has a rubber coating for extra grip. The slim, bent 38 cm saw blade is attached with two bolts, keeping it stable and free of play on the pole.

The saw blade has a coarse Mirai-Me tooth pattern of 7.5 tines per 30 mm and a cutting width of 1.7 mm. The non-set tines are sharpened from multiple angles, so they move smoothly through the wood and clear sawdust effectively. The coarse teeth cut quickly and are intended for fresh, moisture-rich wood. In dry wood, the tines engage less easily and more vibration can occur.

The blade is made of high-quality Japanese steel, chrome-plated, and equipped with inductively hardened tooth tips for long-lasting sharpness. The sickle at the blade tip helps keep the saw in the cut and can be used to pull loose twigs or small branches.

The Forester has all the features of a professional polesaw while still being light and compact. The slim blade lets you maneuver well, even at great heights and in densely overgrown spaces.

After use, clean and dry the blade and pole sections. Remove resin with a resin remover or olive oil. Check the fastening screws regularly so that work can continue safely.
