Pickaroon ADLER 550 gram with hickory handle 80 cm

This pickaroon with a long handle is suitable for one- or two-handed use. A pickaroon or logging pike pole is used for lifting or transporting logs, turning tree trunks, or arranging wood stacks. The sharpened point of the forged head is bent downward so it has a good hold in the wood.

The ergonomically shaped handle offers a comfortable fit in the hand and a secure grip thanks to the non-slip grip at the lower end. The handle is made of hickory wood; this hard American wood species is even stronger than ash wood. Hickory wood is particularly tough, shock-resistant and resilient.
