Mouse trap - LUNA live trap basket model with 2 entrances

LUNA mouse trap cage model with 2 entrances, equipped with a wooden base plate.

This mouse trap catches mice alive. When the mouse enters the cage from the top or side, there is no way back out. Easy and highly effective. A captured mouse can be released easily through the door.

How do you set a mouse trap?

Place a small amount of bait in the center of the cage.
Use attractive bait such as peanut butter, chocolate spread, seeds, or nut butter.
Check that the entrances work properly and that mice can easily enter but not get back out.
Place the cage securely on a flat surface.

Where do you place a mouse trap?

Place the cage along walls, baseboards, or in corners (mice follow regular routes).
Make sure the entrances are freely accessible and not blocked.
Place the cage in spots where you see activity (droppings, gnaw marks, nesting material).
Preferably in quiet, sheltered places.

What is the best way to catch mice?

This capture cage is suitable for catching multiple mice at the same time.
Check the cage at least 1–2 times a day to reduce stress for the animals.
Use fresh bait and replace it regularly.
Keep the area clean and limit other food sources.

What to do with a captured mouse?

Wear gloves when handling the capture cage.
Carefully take the cage to a suitable location to release the mice.
Release the mice far enough away from the home (follow local guidelines).
Clean the cage if necessary before using it again.
Always wash your hands afterward.

Tip: With the multiple entrances, this cage is especially effective on busy travel routes. So place it where mice often pass by for the best results.
Attach a cord to the cage. This makes moving it easier.
