How do you set a mouse trap?

Place a small amount of bait in the center of the cage.
Use attractive bait such as peanut butter, chocolate spread, seeds, or nut butter.
Check that the entrances work properly and that mice can easily enter but not get back out.
Place the cage securely on a flat surface.

Where do you place a mouse trap?

Place the cage along walls, baseboards, or in corners (mice follow regular routes).
Make sure the entrances are freely accessible and not blocked.
Place the cage in spots where you see activity (droppings, gnaw marks, nesting material).
Preferably in quiet, sheltered places.

What is the best way to catch mice?
