A kerb tamper or ground tamper is ideal for compacting, among other things, sand, soil and asphalt.

Kerb tamper, ground tamper or stone tamper LABORA made entirely of steel with a length of 84 cm, fitted with a steel plate measuring 18 x 18 x 2 cm. Suitable for tamping sand, soil or cold asphalt. The tamper has a wide steel tubular handle for a good grip.

The LABORA kerb tamper or ground tamper is also used for tamping the sand bed or trench in corners that are difficult to reach with a vibrating plate. Thanks to the large flat underside of the tamper, the ground is well compacted.

For paving contractors, landscapers and infrastructure work, the Kerb tamper is an ideal tool for tamping and compacting sand, soil, crushed rubble, asphalt and other (semi-)hard surfaces.
