The FISKARS X39 splitting axe has a strong forged head made of hardened and alloyed carbon steel, which is extremely resistant to wear. The axe head has a sharp, wide cutting edge for excellent splitting performance. Thanks to its flared shape, the chance of getting stuck is greatly reduced.

For a firm grip and comfortable hand hold, the fiberglass-reinforced handle is equipped with a non-slip grip. The rubber handle protection reduces the chance of damage from missed strikes.
