A long-handled dibber and dibber stick are used to make a planting hole in planting beds, ornamental gardens, and vegetable gardens. Useful for planting flower bulbs, tubers, and seed potatoes at the correct depth and with regular spacing. Especially for recurring planting work, this is a practical tool. When planting trees, shrubs, and hedges, a spade is easier.
