A knee cushion like the Fento Board provides more freedom of movement.

Like knee pads, knee cushions and kneeling pads are important PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) that contribute to better ergonomics. In contrast to worn knee protection, a knee cushion or kneeling pad can easily be placed in the desired spot. This gives the user more freedom of movement.
