Silky polesaw Hayauchi 3760-6.5 with 2-section telescopic pole extendable from 228 to 376 cm, complete with a 39 cm saw blade with 4-Retsume teeth.

The Silky Hayauchi 3760-6.5 is a four-section polesaw with an extendable length of 228 to 376 cm. The oval aluminium pole provides extra rigidity and makes it easier to determine the position of the saw blade at great height. Push buttons and clamp levers work together to provide a stable lock at the set length. The bent 39 cm saw blade can be set at two angles for high and low pruning work.

The blade has an extra-coarse 4-Retsume tooth pattern of 6.5 teeth per 30 mm. The teeth are arranged in four rows and allow for a high rate of wood removal, even when sawing at different angles to the grain. This tooth pattern is intended for fast cutting in thick, fresh, and moisture-rich wood. In dry wood, the coarse teeth engage less easily and more vibration may occur. A Hayauchi saw makes a cut 2.3 mm wide.

The saw blade is made of high-quality Japanese steel and features a nickel coating to help prevent wear and rust. The lower and upper hooks help, respectively, to pre-cut the bark and keep the blade in the cut. The teeth can be sharpened with a Silky file if needed.
