OFFNER aluminium grain shovel, with wear strip and bent ATLAS plastic D-handle in a length of 95 cm.

The aluminium blade is hardened, which prevents premature wear on the underside and cheeks. In addition, the grain shovel is equipped with a sturdy steel wear strip, which reduces wear on the front of the blade.

OFFNER grain shovels are very strong, lightweight, and ideal for scooping large, light volumes.

ATLAS plastic D-handles are made from ash wood rootstock, which contains the best wood. Ash wood is tough, shock-absorbing, and strong. The ash wood undergoes two drying processes. By redrying, the handle does not shrink, and the tool stays firmly attached to the handle.

The ATLAS plastic D-handles are then bent in boiling water. This allows the wood grain or fiber in the handle to bend along with it and prevents the grain from running out of the handle (a running grain is weaker). The bending process makes the handle extremely strong.

Finally, the ATLAS handle is waxed with plant-based Carnauba. This ensures that the wood can breathe, does not absorb water or dirt, and retains its beautiful natural color.
