ADLER pickaroon with a weight of 550 grams, equipped with a hickory handle measuring 80 cm in length and a forged head with a sharp, bent point. Suitable for professional use.

This pickaroon with a long handle is suitable for one- or two-handed use. A pickaroon or logging pike pole is used for lifting or transporting logs, turning tree trunks, or stacking wood. The sharpened point of the forged head is bent downward, so it has a good hold in the wood.

The ergonomically shaped handle has a comfortable grip and good traction thanks to the non-slip grip on the underside. The handle is made of hickory wood; this hard American wood species is even stronger than ash wood. Hickory wood is particularly tough, impact-resistant, and resilient.
