Post hole digger ATLAS Jumbo no. 1 with ATLAS handles 95 cm, hole size 110 - 280 mm

ATLAS Jumbo post hole digger no. 1, complete with ATLAS ash wood handles 95 cm long, fitted with red-lacquered hardened steel blades and an adjustment chain, overall length 150 cm, suitable for digging holes with a diameter of 110 to 280 mm. The dimensions of the blades are: 210 mm high x 150 mm wide at the top of the blade x 110 mm wide at the bottom of the blade.

With the hardened steel, hollow-shaped blades, holes can be dug in various soil types. The blades are driven into the ground. By moving the handles apart, the blades grip the soil. The adjustment chain can be used to lock in the desired width. The adjustment chain also serves as a lock during transport or storage.

The ATLAS post hole digger's ESSEN handles are fitted with a milled slot. This slot fits exactly over the steel rib on the inside of the socket. Thanks to this tongue-and-groove connection, the handles stay firmly in place and do not rotate during use.
