Golf rake or bunker rake JOST in black with 16 short tines, and levelling strip, width 65 cm, supplied without handle. The tines have a length of 4 cm.

This poly rake is specially made for raking bunkers on a golf course. After a golfer has hit the ball out of the bunker, the bunker rake is used to rake the sand back to an even surface. Footprints and irregularities from the shot thus do not present an obstacle for the next player. Thanks to the short tines, the sand is not raked unnecessarily deep, and the underlying layer is not loosened. If desired, the levelling strip on the top side can be used for an extra smooth finish.

The JOST Bunker rake is lightweight and has strong, short tines. The double bracket forms a sturdy unit with the socket (handle connection). Because the JOST Golf rake is completely finished in plastic, it is rust-free and therefore has a long service life.

Due to the shorter tines, the JOST Golfrake can also be used for lawn installation and maintenance. The shorter tines only work the top layer, leaving the subsoil intact and stable.

JOST rakes are available in various sizes and versions. Both with and without a handle.

This has to do with golf course etiquette. When a golf ball ends up in a bunker, walking and striking the ball disturb the surface. A following player may be unnecessarily disadvantaged by this. Therefore it is desirable, and often even required, to leave the sand in the bunker tidy after playing. This ensures an equal chance to play, prevents loss of time for fellow golfers, and demonstrates sportsmanship.
