The FISKARS X37 splitting axe has a strong forged head of hardened, alloyed carbon steel, making it extremely resistant to wear. The axe head has a sharp, wide cutting edge for good wear performance. Because of the widely flared shape, the chance of it getting stuck is greatly reduced.

For a secure grip and comfortable feel in the hand, the fiberglass-reinforced handle is fitted with an anti-slip grip. The rubber handle protection reduces the risk of damage if you miss a strike.
