Asparagus knife - Weeding tool Jimmy forged 44 cm, with ergonomic wooden handle

Jimmy asparagus knife or weeding tool made of forged steel, with an overall length of 44 cm and a cutting depth of 30 cm. The asparagus knife has an ergonomically shaped wooden grip, with a length of 14 cm.

Attached to the long round steel handle is a flat, beveled blade with a width of 3 cm. Thanks to the angled position of the blade and the grip, it is easy to maintain the correct angle while cutting.

Insert the blade straight into the ground, flat and parallel along the asparagus spear. Cut almost to the root. Once the blade is at the correct depth (usually about 20 to 25 centimeters deep), push or tilt the blade slightly toward the asparagus. The asparagus spear is then cut off.

This blade is also used for removing weeds. The shape of the blade is ideal for removing weeds with a taproot, such as dandelions, sorrel, and thistles.
