Spade ATLAS polished, with ATLAS FIBERGLASS T-handle 88 cm, total length 125 cm
ATLAS spade with a polished blade, complete with a very strong Fiberglass T-handle. The total length of the spade is 125 cm. Suitable for heavy use. The recognizable yellow handle has a number of specific features such as; the grip is covered with natural rubber, the handle has a thick 16 mm fiberglass reinforcement and is surrounded by special plastic. This plastic protects the fiberglass from damage (damaged fiberglass consists of hundreds of upright fibres and can cause wounds that may become infected). This handle is not completely rigid, but has to some extent a desirable springy resilience. Because this handle is so strong (stronger than the blade), no warranty is given on breakage of the mounted spade blade. If, unfortunately, the handle or the blade need to be replaced, these are available separately (handle art. no. 211800 or 211802), (blade art. no. 810405), (rivet art. no. 651590).
