These laser-cut tines, with a kerf of 1.4 mm, cut fresh wood quickly and easily. The saw blade is flexible and only the razor-sharp tines are impulse-hardened. Clean the saw blade best with olive oil. Resin dissolves in olive oil, making this an effective and environmentally friendly way to clean the blade and maintain cutting performance. Silky has been produced in Japan since 1919 from high-quality SK-4 carbon steel.
