(SILKY article number KZSI177399N) The 390 mm long bent blade of the Hayauchi features Silky's unique 4-RETSUME tooth pattern. These laser-cut tines, with a kerf of 2.3 mm, provide a large wood removal rate so you can easily and very quickly saw through the thickest branches without the saw getting stuck. The saw blade is coated with nickel, is flexible, and only the razor-sharp tines are impulse-hardened. Two blades (sickles) on the blade together ensure optimal pruning results. With the lower blade you cut into the bark, so it does not tear away along the trunk when the branch falls. The upper blade prevents the saw from coming out of the cut. And with this upper blade, you can easily cut twigs from the trunk or pull small (dead) branches out of the tree.
