FELCO 4 C&H (Cut & Hold) pruning shears or flower shears, also called Cut & Hold shears, for right-handed use, fitted with plastic clamps on the blades, with a pruning capacity of 10 mm.

The FELCO 4 is a simple pair of shears with synthetic plastic clamps attached to both the upper blade and the lower blade. Thanks to the clamps, a flower stem can be easily pruned and held in place. This prevents the flower from falling and being damaged. The shears have 2 opening positions, allowing for a small or large cutting opening. The shears are ideal for cutting (and holding) cut flowers, among other things.
