Pole saw FELCO 684, extendable from 230 cm to 640 cm, 39 cm saw blade with hook

Pole saw FELCO 684, complete with a telescopic handle, extendable from 230 cm to 640 cm, with a bent saw blade 39 cm in length and a cutting capacity of 150 mm. The saw blade is fitted with a hook or sickle on the top and bottom.

Supplied with a protective cover for the saw blade and a spare saw blade, type 630/3. The spare blade can be swapped as desired for certain pruning tasks.

The position and sharpening of the saw tines reduce the chance of jamming and ensure good removal of sawdust from the saw cut. In addition, the tines of the FELCO 684 saw can be sharpened. A chrome coating on the blade prevents corrosion, which contributes to a longer service life.

The upper and lower sickle help to keep the saw properly on the branch and in the cut. Moreover, the lower sickle cuts into the bark while sawing, which reduces the chance of tearing out along the trunk. The upper sickle can also be used to cut off small twigs or to pull branches out of the tree.

Because of the oval shape of the telescopic handle, the user has precise control over the sawing direction. The oval shape also provides sufficient rigidity and minimal chance of bending. The handle is equipped with a double locking mechanism: push knobs that determine the length position and plastic clamps to lock the handle in the desired position.

The saw blade is secured with a clamping system, fitted with two bolts. Thanks to the sturdy protective cover the saw can be transported and stored safely. The cover also prevents damage to the tines during transport.
