For extra strength and stability, the outer tines have a diameter of 3 mm. The remaining tines have a diameter of 2.5 mm. The sturdy clamp bracket ensures that the tines stay in the correct shape. In addition, the holes in the bracket have the same size as the tines, so 3 mm for the outer tines and 2.5 mm for the remaining tines. This prevents unnecessary friction, resulting in less wear. The waxing gives the handle a longer service life, makes it feel pleasantly smooth, and helps prevent blisters.
