Pruning shear or floral scissors FELCO 4 C&H (Cut & Hold), also called Knip & Pakschaar, for right-handed use, fitted with plastic clamp pieces on the blades, with a pruning capacity of 10 mm.

The FELCO 4 is a basic pair of shears with synthetic plastic clamping pieces fitted to both the upper blade and the lower blade. Thanks to the clamping pieces, a flower stem can be easily pruned and held. This prevents the flower from falling and being damaged. The shears have two opening positions, allowing for a small or large cutting opening. The shears are ideal for cutting (and holding) cut flowers, among other uses.
