Rubber mallet Atlas Rotterdam model (without hole), soft rubber 70 Shore. Complete with hickory hardwood Atlas handle and mounted extra-thick galvanised bracket. Head size of the hammer ⌀ 90x142 mm, one side flat and one side rounded. Also known as tile hammer. The strong hickory handle extends into the rubber head. This rubber mallet is especially suitable for tapping thick tiles and paving stones into place. The hands of an average paver are large, which is why the mounted Atlas handle is somewhat thicker, so the rubber mallet fits perfectly in a (large) hand and the user needs to squeeze less to hold the hammer.
