The FISKARS X28 splitting axe has a broadly flared, thickened blade with a sharp cutting edge that makes wood split easily. A coating on the blade prevents rust and reduces friction, allowing the axe to glide smoothly through the wood. The axe head has a precisely ground edge and is double hardened, which keeps it sharp longer. The axe head and handle form a strong connection that effortlessly absorbs the blows during splitting.

The durable, lightweight FiberComp handle is very strong, virtually unbreakable and absorbs vibrations. Thanks to the formed 3D design, the axe sits comfortably in the hand and prevents twisting during splitting. The SoftGrip handle provides a secure hold and prevents the handle from slipping in the hand. The hook-shaped end of the handle ensures a good grip and prevents the axe from slipping out of the hand. With the supplied protective cover, the FIKSRAS axe can be transported and stored safely.
